TRANSLATION, PROOFREADING, AND EDITING SERVICES

HamiltonGreyMaximilian provides translation, proofreading, and editing services for documents in the fields of commercial, business, and academia for the following languages:

English*
French
German
Chinese

*We offer both British English (GB) and American English (US) translation services.

BASE RATES AND WARRANTY

For translations, we apply a base rate of €0,16 (excluding VAT) per word translated. A rate that is significantly cheaper than your average translation agency but still covers possible translation errors (that are not due to errors in the source text).

For urgent inquiries, a fixed rate of €0,24 (excluding VAT) per word is applicable.

Our translation warranty guarantees that we will work on any translation until you are completely satisfied, free of charge, within the boundaries of the original request. This assurance represents our dedication to translation quality and accuracy as well as our goal to provide you with the finest service available at all times.

For proofreading, a rate of €0,01 (excluding VAT) per word is applicable.

For proofreading and editing, a rate of €0,02 (excluding VAT) per word is applicable.

THE TRANSLATION PROCESS

The request

You require translation services. After we have discussed your needs,
we will provide you with a quote depending on what you have stated.

Your personal translator

We will select a translator that best fulfils the criteria of your translation project once you have accepted our quote.

Double-check

The translator will double-check the document to get the best possible translation. The supervisor will also conduct a quality check to ensure that it complies with your requirements.

Delivery

The translation has now been completed and is being returned to you. You will be asked to evaluate it as we are only happy when you are happy.
